Complete the BOOK NOW form on our website and submit your $100 deposit to secure your trip dates & cabins. We will contact you to work out the details. You can pay $100 deposit to secure your date online, and once we work out all the details, food, camp rentals and upgrades, we ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit to book your trip. The remaining balance is due the week of your trip.

We understand things happen, so if it becomes necessary to cancel your reserved dates, please give us at least a 14-day notice, and we’ll roll your deposit over. If you cancel within 14 days of your trip, you will be responsible for the remaining balance. If we cancel due to weather, we will roll your deposit into the next available dates within one year of your original trip.

We call it on a case by case basis. We understand when travel arrangements need to be adjusted and will reschedule accordingly. If we cancel due to weather, we will roll your deposit into the next available dates within one year of your original trip.
